Song on the End of the World

The music is simply beautiful. The epiphanic lyricism of the great Czeslaw Milosz's poem, "Song on the End of the World" reaches a depth beyond description. This video hints that the end of the world is happening before our very eyes yet the distractions of our daily routines keep us oblivious. This moving collaboration of poetry, music and imagery remind us to be grateful for all of the wonderful things in life that we seem to take for granted or that we have lost. This poem also segues effortlessly with another classic poem of Milosz's, Meaning~~Enjoy!

Peace
