(Scintillating commentary by FOX's Judge Napolitano. Clearly this guy is the only light bulb at the FOX News channel that's switched on! This may be the reason his show, Freedom Watch, was canceled last week & may indeed hasten his dismissal from FOX. What I like about the judge is his scholarly (though moderate conservative) approach to the topics he talks about. Even if you don't necessarily agree with what he says, you have to respect his approach, which is the flip-side of Bill O'Reilly's weak-minded, unsubstantiated diatribes.)
