I miss the late great Howard Zinn who left this mortal coil about six years ago. The world is in need of truth-tellers in the public sphere. Zinn was a bright light in the darkness of out times. You can see this on this interview. His influence was/is enormous--from the works of Ralph Nader & Noam Chomsky to his influence on quite a number of artists from Matt Damon to Lupe Fiasco.
