It's not accidental or because they are stupid. Its often confusing and vague on purpose. Some of the greatest corruption scandals in history have happened thanks to jargon. I rather the term "bullshit" instead of "jargon". Most of us can smell bullshit a mile away & adapt to it in our own way. This built-in bullshit detector comes in handy at critical moments, but every now and then, bullshit flies below the radar & whacks us pretty hard.
