MME's Jam of the Day
This cut is probably the most requested yet most underrated contemporary R&B jam of all time. It's either the quintessential ode to romantic love that aims to "touch your heart & make your love appear" or the best pick-up seranade to "stop your frowns & turn them upside down ". I like the timeless, old-school 70's feel to it (reminds me of Major Harris' "Love Won't Make Me Wait") & although this was Robert Winters' only R&B hit (his life was cut short by illness a few years after it was released), this song will endure for my childrens' children to groove to....Enjoy!
